CompetitionEurope has the most competitors as it has a very established market. However, few European companies are willing to sell their digesters to North America. There are several in the United States, however they are small in size and tend to sell to their geographical area. In Canada, there are three main competitors, with two in Quebec and one in Ontario.
Why AAESC?
We provide the farms with a digester, or Waste to Energy System at no cost to the farmers. This way the farmer takes on no financial risk, pays us the amount that he would usually pay on his electricity bill, and then will receive 50% of the profits once AAESC breaks even on the digester. It is a win-win situation as the farmer receives electricity, gets rid of waste, and makes money on the digester, at no cost to them.
We evaluate each case individually to make a digester that is right for each individual farm. Our team has thoroughly examined the digester, and simplified it, which results in a lower cost that the competitors, while being equally effective.
